Open access licensing

CCBY
Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0)

All articles published in MedicianX are distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License, which permits unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium — provided the original work is properly cited.

Author retains copyright

Authors of articles published in MedicianX retain the copyright of their work and grant the journal a licence to publish the article under CC BY 4.0. This allows the widest possible reuse and re-distribution while ensuring authors receive proper credit.

What readers can do

  • Share — copy and redistribute the article in any medium or format.
  • Adapt — remix, transform, and build upon the work, even commercially.
  • Attribute — you must give appropriate credit to the original authors, provide a link to the licence, and indicate if changes were made.

Third-party material

Authors are responsible for obtaining written permission from copyright holders for the inclusion of any third-party material (e.g. figures, tables, extended quotations) that is not their own or in the public domain. Permission statements must accompany the submission.

Self-archiving

Authors may deposit the published version (Version of Record) in institutional or subject repositories immediately upon publication, provided the CC BY 4.0 attribution and a link to the article page on medicianx.com are preserved.

Permission requests

Because all content is CC BY 4.0, no separate permission is required for reuse — attribution is sufficient. For questions or bespoke licensing enquiries, contact permissions@medicianx.com.
